Bindiya Murgai

Founder, Mentor and Guiding force of Blue Mango in The Himalayas

'Bindiya Murgai is a Spiritual Scientist and believes that that science and spirituality are in fact, very closely connected. They are both truth seeking enterprises that are based on focused observation, reasoning and the ability to abandon outdated ideas in the ongoing search for reality.

A meditation and inner work facilitator, hypnotist and Life Coach – Bindiya Murgai is a healer of both the conscious and the sub conscious.

Her pursuit is simple – to help people resolve and overcome inner and outer conflicts and challenges so that they can live happily with peace & fulfilment and understand their true Buddha nature. She walks them through the path to integrate spirituality into their day to day life, work on self healing and achieve emotional & mental wellness.

She uses diverse meditative practices, past life regression, hypnosis, energy healing, neuro linguistic programming and counselling so that people may discover their true spiritual potential.

By guiding one’s Intention through the interconnectedness of the universe, energy and consciousness, Bindiya helps people explore & harness the powers of their subconscious mind, which is the key to all of life’s problems and the gateway to true enlightenment.

Bindiya also strongly believes and advocates the philosophy of Zen Buddhism, which is not about being a certain type of person or living a certain type of life, but about being who you are and the best you can be.

The Early Years

Bindiya’s spiritual journey started early.  She was intuitive and introspective from a very young age drawing her to work for those less fortunate than herself.  By the age of 16, she was associated very closely with the Blind School in Delhi, The Cheshire home and tirelessly  volunteered with NGOs for the terminally ill and animal shelters. These experiences led her to further inner work & introspection.

She travelled to Bhutan, Ladakh, Spiti, Dharamsala and various places which were steeped in Buddhism in the Great Trans Himalayan Ranges. This evoked a strong belief in Karma and rebirth and the indestructible nature of energy or the soul.

She spent time in far away Buddhist monasteries and caves of Spiti, at close quarters with Buddhist lamas and chomos (nuns), imbibing and collaborating on meditative practice and inner work. Learning the art of forgiveness, compassion and raising the consciousness, were the milestones from whereon her journey started ascending onto higher paths.

Her pursuit of spiritual practice took her to Benares where her time in Moksh Bhavans, Mukti Bhavans and the burning ghats,  gave her a profound understanding of life.
Having travelled far and wide to soak in every aspect of spiritual understanding, her journeys set the foundations for her formal pursuit of different disciplines and practices.

Formal Experiences

Bindiya’s central approach to spiritual practice is her belief that there are many paths to same destination and none of them are exclusive of the other.

This led her to continue her meditation exploration starting from the silent cave meditation retreats to more traditional Buddhist monastic meditation traditions, and even the radically different Dynamic Meditation technique, which she learnt and practiced at the Osho Ashram.
y (hypnotherapy).

To better understand the inner workings of the sub conscious, Bindiya  further deepened her knowledge of Past Life Regression & Therapy , Deep Healing and Karmic Relationships by studying with one of the pioneers in the field, Dr. Hans W. TenDam from the Tasso Insitut in Netherlands.

Bindiya also travelled to the United Kingdom to study Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the NLP Academy, of which John Grinder, the co-creator of NLP is an integral part.  NLP is a multi-dimensional process that provides tools and skills for overcoming limiting beliefs and challenges and developing individual excellence. At another level, it’s about self-discovery and exploring one’s true identity. NLP is used extensively for life and business coaching, to create academic excellence, to overcome phobias and individual complexes, for excellence in sports, music and even childbirth. Today, Bindiya is counted amongst the very few in India, who is a certified Life Coach as well as a Business Coach.

CEOs, corporate executives, homemakers, businessmen, creative professionals, entrepreneurs and even sportsmen have come to her seeking therapy and to find solutions to their problems.   Her unique therapeutic approach combines meditation, PLR, hypnosis, energy healing, NLP and counselling and is tailor-made for each individual --- and this has given people the key to unlock their own happiness and create positive abundance in the lives.

Bindiya has been working as a meditation and inner work facilitator with individuals and groups and has taken them to far away places in the Trans Himalayan region in order to deepen their spiritual understanding. She is the founder of Blue Mango in the Himalayas which is the world’s highest meditation and spiritual rejuvenation retreat.

Bindiya’s Philosophy of “Practical Spirituality” has enabled people to re-orient their thought processes for spiritual advancement & emotional peace.  But most importantly, it has helped them integrate their internal ecosystems with their external environment in ways that are congruent, healthy and sustainable.

The retreats at 'Blue Mango in the Himalayas' are the embodiment of this practice and philosophy of “Practical Spirituality”
